Any payments beyond the $25 deposit are refundable until May 2nd, 2025.

After this date, no refunds will be issued due to vendor commitments.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing.

Options for Unused Payments
If you are unable to attend, you have the following options:
✅ Sponsorship Donation – Donate your refundable amount to the Legacy Links Sponsorship Fund, which helps family members facing financial challenges attend the reunion.
➡ How to Donate: Email legacy.links.reunions@gmail.com with the subject line "Sponsorship Donation – [Your Name]" and specify the amount you'd like to donate.
✅ Transfer of Reservation – Transfer your reservation to another family member who plans to attend.
➡ How to Transfer:

Identify a family member who will take your place.

Your name

The name and contact info of the person taking your place

The package they are receiving

The new attendee must confirm their acceptance of the transfer via email.
