How do I book a room?

Where is the family reunion hotel located?

Tuscany Suites & Casino, 255 East Flamingo Road, Las Vegas, NV 89109.

What room types are available?

Double Room: Two double beds King Room: One king bed + pull-out couch All rooms include: Refrigerator & dining area Microwaves: Limited availability, request at check-in (not guaranteed).

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM.

What hotel amenities are available?

View amenities here. Pool hours: 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM.

What are the room rates?

Thursday & Sunday: $79 per night Friday & Saturday: $179 per night (Rates are plus tax. Resort fees are waived.)

Can I sponsor a family member?

Yes! You can sponsor a family member by donating directly to the family fund or specifying your contribution as a sponsorship. Additionally, any refundable amounts can be transferred to support another family member.

What are the available family reunion packages?

We offer several package options to accommodate different needs: 🔹 Full Reunion Package – Includes access to all four days of events, meals, and a reunion t-shirt. 🔹 Youth Package (Ages 4-11) – Discounted rate for children attending all events. 🔹 Child Package (Ages 3 & Under) – Free for ages 0-3 (t-shirt not included)

What payment methods are accepted?

How do I make a payment?

What is the refund policy

Payments (excluding the $25 deposit) are refundable until May 2, 2025. After May 2, 2025, no refunds will be issued due to vendor commitments.

What if I can’t attend?

✅ Donate your refundable amount to the Legacy Links Sponsorship Fund. ✅ Transfer your reservation to another family member. To transfer, email legacy.links.reunions@gmail.com with the subject "Reservation Transfer – [Your Name]" and include: Your name The name and contact info of the new attendee The package they are receiving The new attendee must confirm the transfer via email.

Can I transfer my reservation?

Yes, transfers are allowed until April 17, 2025. After that, no transfers or refunds.

What is the minimum deposit?

A $25 non-refundable deposit is required.

What are the attire guidelines?

Thursday – Meet & Greet Juneteenth or casual attire Friday – Legacy Picnic Sand-colored reunion t-shirt Comfortable shorts or pants, sneakers or outdoor shoes Sunscreen, hat, or personal fan for outdoor comfort Saturday – Emerald Evening Banquet Shades of green, dressy casual (not formal, but polished). Dress to impress! Sunday – Farewell Brunch Casual and comfortable Be photo-ready for farewell hugs!

When and where can I register?

Registration is available during the Meet & Greet and on day 2, you can register at the picnic- look for the welcome tent.

How do I pick up my t-shirt?

If attending the Meet & Greet, pick up your shirt there. If not, shirts will be available for pickup on Friday morning from 9 AM – 11 AM at Hospitality Suite and at the picnic from 3:30 PM - 6 PM. Limited extra shirts may be available for purchase (first come, first served).

Is there parking at the park?

Yes, parking is free.

Will there be a shuttle service?

Yes, scheduled shuttle service will run between the hotel and event locations. Pick-up time will be provide in your welcome package.

How can I arrange airport pickup?

Airport Transportation Need a ride from the airport? A family member has generously offered courtesy airport pick-up for family members. While this is his regular job, he is providing this service as a family courtesy, and love offerings are welcome as a token of gratitude. 📍 To arrange airport pick-up, text your details to: Reggie Jackson at 562-735-7068 (Be sure to Include your name, airline, flight number, date and arrival time, and the number of people in your party).
